Holiday Charcuterie Boards

At Brickhouse Farm we take pride in producing exquisite pasture-raised Mangalitsa pork. We  cure our special pigs using traditional Italian methods passed down through generations. This holiday season, we’ve partnered with some of Maine and Wisconsin’s most talented artisans to curate a refined selection of charcuterie boards that celebrate craftsmanship and flavor. Each board features our hand crafted meats paired with hand-selected local cheeses, crusty handmade sourdough, raw honey, sprouted nuts, and seasonal fruit spreads. Every detail on each board is a celebration of slow food, craftsmanship and community.


Our charcuterie boards are handcrafted from solid maple, combining timeless artistry with sustainability-made to be re-used for years to come 


Our boards will be available for Christmas and New Years with pick up locations in Portland, Lewiston, Augusta and at the farm in Buckfield the days preceding the holiday.

We will be in touch with your pick up time/location once the boards have been paid for 


Supply is very limited and once we sell out, we're out.

Dec 1st  is the last day to order for Christmas and

Sartori is a fourth- generation , family-owned Wisconsin creamery known for crafting award winning artisan cheese like bellaVitano, blending traditional techniques with creative flavors  

Living Nutz

Living Nutz is a Maine family owned company that produces organic, raw and sprouted nut snacks that are dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve enzymes and nutrition 

Ruby on the Hill

Ruby on the Hill is a Local Maine artisan sourdough bakery that uses  raw, organic, non-gmo  ingredients

Tony's Honey

Tony's Honey is a 4th generation bee keeping family that produces raw,  unfiltered, Maine honey.  They are located in Buckfield, ME

Important order and pick up information

The 2025 Christmas/ New Years Charcuterie Boards are now open for ordering. 

Once you choose your size board, email us at amie@brickhousefarmmaine.com

We will confirm your email, then send you a link on how to pay.

If you only email us, but never pay-you will not be reserved a board 

We only have around 100 boards for the entire season

We suspect these will sell out fast, so please order early to ensure yours

Our meats do not contain any preservatives or nitrates (except salami has trace amounts of nitrate) for this reason our meats oxidize (turn brown) faster than those preserved with chemicals 

due to this, we will have everything in airtight packaging for you to unbox and assemble before your event.  Everything is included minus the utensils for spreading the jams and creton
